Leather Armor

 

Name: Cowl
Rank: D
Description: This cowl is made of soft yet durable leather that covers the user’s neck and head. The additional folded leather in the neck region can be pulled up as a mask to cover the user’s face until their nose. It is sturdier than a common cowl that is made of cloth.
 
Name: Tactical Vest
Rank: D
Description: These jackets are leather-made and cover the user’s torso and arms. They come in either black or dark green and have two scroll pouches on the front for easy access.
 
Name: Leather Gloves
Rank: D
Description: These gloves are made of leather and are therefore sturdier than the common latex gloves. They cover the user’s hands from the wrist until the middle phalanx of the fingers, thereby not covering the top part of the fingers.
 
Name: Trousers

Description: These trousers are made of a thick fabric and have two zipped pockets on either side above the user’s knee in addition to the two open pockets on the front near the waist. The waist pockets are small and cannot hold anything bigger than a kerchief. However, each of the side pockets is large enough to hold three kunai knives.

Description: Made of leather, these boots cover the user’s feet and ankles. They are sturdy and protect the user from the common rubble of the ground.

Description: These shin guards cover the user from their knees to their ankles. These cover only the front of the user and are tied on the back.
 
Name: Reinforced Leather Gloves
Rank: C
Description: These gloves are made of thick and sturdy leather that is still flexible enough to not hinder user’s joint movements. Furthermore, a thin sheet metal is affixed on the back side of the gloves in which the village symbol of the shinobi is usually engraved.

Metal Armor

 

Name: Helm

Rank: D
Description: Made of steel, the helm protects the user’s head. It covers the entire head of the user except for the eyes to ensure vision is not obstructed. There is a soft layer of cloth on the underside of the helm to ensure it fits the user comfortably.
 
Name: Cuirass
Rank: D
Description: The cuirass is heavy metal armour that covers the user’s torso. Mostly made of steel, its joints are riveted and reinforced by welding. Furthermore, a thin layer of soft cloth is placed on the inner side of the armour to ensure comfortable fit.
 
Name: Chainmail Cuirass
Rank: C
Description: This cuirass is made of chainmail and, therefore, is sturdier than a common metal cuirass. Furthermore, owing to the slight flexibility provided by the chainmail, it cannot be easily dented. However, it is easier to break through.
 
Name: Gauntlets
Rank: D
Description: Gauntlets are thin gloves reinforced with metal pieces that protect the user’s hands and lower arm. While no metal pieces are present on the palm side of the gloves, the rest of the area is covered with well-crafted steel to ensure the user is protected from any angle. The metal pieces are designed and fitted in such a way that the user feels no discomfort at their joints.

Description: The cuisse covers the lower body of the user and is a perfect match for the cuirass. Made of steel, the shiny metal armour is riveted and welded together to perfectly fit the user. Similar to the cuirass, cuisse also features a soft layer of cloth on the underside for comfort.
 
Name: Sabatons
Rank: D
Description: Made of steel, sabatons cover the user’s feet and ankles. Here again, they have a soft layer of cloth on the underside to fit the user comfortably. While it is relatively difficult for sharp objects to pierce the sabatons compared to leather boots, these can still be dented and broken under extreme cases. Therefore, one cannot simply run over spikes while wearing these.
 
Name: Greaves

Description: Greaves are made of reinforced steel and cover the user’s legs from their knees to ankles. It covers only the front of the user and must be strapped on at the back of the leg. A thin layer of soft leather is present on the underside to ensure best fit and comfort.
 
Name: Pauldrons
Rank: C

Description: Pauldrons protect the user’s shoulders and half of the upper arm. Thin plates of metal are riveted in such a way that they overlap and expand as necessary when the user moves their arms. This way, the user is not hindered by the armour.
