Stuck at lvl 7 AS

Problem: logbook mission item shop is not showing as completed

 

I have gone through every tab in the item shop, bought every item I could besides materials and it still will not count the mission as complete.

I'm having a similar issue as well on my playthrough as well.

I'm afraid this is related to the Cache server issues. It's not logging the fact you visited the Item Shop. I edited the quest in the hope it fixed the issue. Please confirm

It has not been fixed yet. Thank you for replying so quickly. I feel it has to do with the mission glitch that seems to be affecting the website, D-rank and so on are always saying you've completed 0.

Yeah I'm still not getting anything either (though I suppose that was to be expected as well XP), will just have to grind stats till this gets fixed I suppose

I've noticed that things are fixed but my Academy Student is still stuck at level 7, I can't finish that item shop logbook quest still.

How the bug happened/how to reproduce:
 i'm not getting pass Leve 7 i went to items went through every tab click all items details, i went through the log book did everything and still getting error. also log still say active. i tried for the pass 4 days same thing

is it being worked on. did they update the code or something and forgot to update shop. has anyone try create a new account and seeing if that worked

The Logbook should finish by going to your Logbook. There are no requirements in it.

It keeps saying active and won't let lvl up just as the people above mentioned, we can't get through that.

I changed it and at least one user managed to level up right after. Try again now. (Check logbook)

i have the same problem, but on level 8. I ve already opened treads regarding this issue, hut still no help
