While you are part of a village, you have access to that village's features.

The features are:
  • ANBU Squads
  • Hospital
  • Shop
  • Regen
  • Rob Defenses
  • Wall Defenses
  • Each village has its own 'culture.' For example, some villages might be focused on RP and tavern chat, while others might be more focused on raiding and earning points. However the nature of villages remains fluid, as certain groups of users will be on at certain times, and as villages gain and lose power and players, so does the nature of that village.

Doing Diplomacy will earn you Village Respect. These points are used to join a village, or in order for you to challenge the Kage.

Villagers get 3-9 diplomacy per run.
Syndicate members get 0-12 diplomacy per run.

Challenging a Kage requires 500000 points. As a villager, you can only do diplomacy in the village you are in, whilst as an Outlaw you can do diplomacy everywhere.
Attacking an ally greatly reduces your diplomacy.
Killing an ally decreases your diplomacy even more.
If your diplomacy is below a certain amount, you will be forced out of the village after killing an ally.
  • 10000 for Chuunin
  • 15000 for Jounin
  • 17500 for Elite Jounin
If your diplomacy is below 0 at any point in time, you will be forced out of the village.

Joining and Leaving

In order to join a village, you must have enough village respect to join it. For instance, if you wanted to move from Shroud to Konoki, you would have to do diplomacy in Konoki to earn enough respect to join. Your diplomacy must be ten times your base regen to join a village. You must also already have left your previous village.

You can leave your village in your Preferences section. You must be at least Chuunin to leave your village.
When you leave a village without selling your house, you lose the house for good.

When you join a new village, your regeneration rate will be cut by 75% for the first day. Cut by 50% for the second and third day, and by 25% for the fourth day you will receive the full amount of regen that belongs to that village. This will affect ALL regeneration, including temporary boosts purchased through the Black Market.

Joining a village also reduces diplomacy in other villages to 0. You cannot have diplomacy higher than 0 in villages you do not live in. This is a syndicate-only perk.
Village Fund

When a villager wins a PVP battle, he/she earns 1 VF aka Village Fund. The Kage can spend VF on the following to improve the village.
  • Regen - Increasing village regen
  • ANBU Squads - Increasing the maximum number of ANBU squads
  • Hospital - Lowering the village's hospital cost (caps)
  • Shop - Improving the village's shop (caps)
  • Wall Defenses - Improving the village wall for defense (caps at level 10 with value of 1% less damage taken)
  • Rob Defenses - Improving the village wall for robbers (caps)
  • Territory Battles - Expanding the village's territorial space
Things to consider:
  • With 365 days Respect points, a villager can earn 3 VFs per kill.
  • Killing an ally from another village at any time will cost your village some of its Village Funds.
  • A village loses 1% VF each day if it is in war.
  • The village that wins a war is rewarded with a net sum of VF (20,000 total possible) at the end of war.
