Ah...finally. This is the perfect spot to practice.

Jiro had spent enough time already finding the right spot(while getting lost twice), gathering the supplies, and dragging them by cart to the training area(only got lost once this time.) but all this would be worth it. A wide open field with only a few trees here and there, and all the supplies for his own little training course.

Once he finished looking at the scenery he lifted one of the lighter jugs and begun pouring the water inside it evenly across the field. Once he was done covering the area needed in a light coat of water and setting up the makeshift targets out of straw, he made the proper hand signs and placed his hands on the ground.

"Hyouton: Ice Floor Creation!"

With a tingle in his arms, Jiro managed to freeze the strip of land he needed.

It may not be an ice rink, but it's all I need for today.

Tired of waiting, he prepared his crossbow and tests the ice.

Not bad. Should last long enough for me get some training in. Smiling, Jiro slid onto the ice and begun training. Trying to shoot as many targets while keeping his balance on the ice.

"*whew* I think.. *huff* I should..*puff* rest awhile.."
Jiro was exhausted. He spent a good portion of his time falling on his own ice than firing at targets. While he managed to make the ice with the jutsu, it was uneven and had several spots for him to trip and fall on. Thinking that waiting for the ice to melt before he tries it again, Jiro sits down, relaxes and takes his medication under the shade of a tree.

7 out of 10 targets. Thats not bad for falling on my butt half the time. Still, if I want to pass the second genin test, I'm going to need to get my jutsus down pat.

Jiro sighed. He still can't believe he made it to the second test. While the home schooling didn't give him much practical training, it did teach him about the basics.

I wonder if I should go to that Taijutsu class. It may give me the extra boost I need to succeed.Jiro pondered the question for a few minutes and then felt a tingling in his wrists.

Then again, I can't punch or use close range weapons too well if it relied solely on fighting prowess so that eliminates a good portion of the taijutsus I could actually use.I'm just glad I have my crossbow and skills in genjutsu and ninjutsu or I would have never been let in.

Taking a sip from a canteen and a bite from a dumpling, Jiro laid down and enjoyed the sky.

At least there is no thunder.

For a while, Kai was just running getting in a bit of pratice before going home for lunch. She ran in a straight line, until something odd caught her eye and she varyed off her course to see it up close. Ice. Lifting an eyebrow, Kai touched the edge of the ice with her sandal. Some of the thinner parts had begun to melt under the sun's touch, and the ground under Kai's feet was already wet. It wasn't natural, and a boy was sitting near by. Kat put two and two together. An ice user, huh? Perfect. While Kai had never been found of kanton users, she often felt a little closer to their polar opposites, the hyougan users. Besides wolves lived in the cold, not the heat. Stepping onto the ice, Kai pressed most of her weight onto the back of her feet so she would not slid when she walked. Half skating, and half walking Kai made her way silently towards the boy who was laying down enjoying a meal. Leaning down slightly, Kai realized the boy was shorter than herself by a good few inches. First the munchin Genin, and now a dwarf boy. The world is shrinking. She also hazared a guess that the boy was older than her, mainly because of his odd colored hair. Children rarely developed that type of rebellious spirit until later in life.

'You speak common, right?'

She did not smile or offer kind words. Just a formal, slightly relaxed tone. Kai's Sati accent was still pretty thick when she spoke Common, although it rarely bothered her. Other languages, espically Rhikian, sounded like sugary dribble coming out of your mouth; too soft spoken for her taste. Give me Sati's harsh sound and sharp words anyday. With his over all ice theme, Kai had a sneaking suspection that this boy was from the ice village of Hyouga. Ice susers seemed to thrive there, for obvious reasons. I already know one of his jutsus, so all I have to watch for is his basics and other Academy jutsu. Plus, the bow kinda shows me that he will be a long range fighter. I do need the pratice against that type before I enter into the Genin Second round. Her body was already warmed up, and the chance was just to tempting. Once again, impulse seized Kai and she asked another question before the boy could anwser the first.

'Would you be up for a spar by any chance?'

Turning around, Kai eased back up. She was not really looking to make a friend here; she just wanted to get a spar in before her lunch. She motioned for the boy to advance and attack if he would accept her challenge, her face still blank of emotion. Kai hadn't had enough time to figure out what type of child this was, and therefore she was going to keep her options opened. She was going to take the role of black, and let white use its first move before she acted. All the world's a chess board, and its time to play with the pieces.

A half an hour passed before Jiro noticed someone coming close to where he was practicing.

Hmmm, thats odd. Looks like I wasn't the only one in the area. This should be interesting.

When she finally came up to him he began to notice this wasn't the average meet and greet.

"You speak common right?"She said. Jiro just looked up, swallowed his meal and nodded.

My she's quick to the point.

"Would you be up for a spar by any chance?"Jiro wasn't surprised. With the cold look in her eye she wasn't joking either.

She seems pretty sure of herself. If I don't plan things out, I may end up in a good deal of pain.Jiro stood from his comfy spot and stretched.

"*cough*I don't mind a small tussle, but would you mind if I lay a couple of rules?"

"One: We only use practice weapons. That means I use blunted bolts and you go easy with the pointy bits. Don't want to look like a mess before the second Genin test now do we?"

Knowing that look its best to keep things safe for now.Better get things into my favor as well.

"Two: We use the ice field that I will prepare. Slippery terrain means we can better ourselves along with fighting each other.Unless *cough* you are afraid that a sickly kid like me is too much of a match for you... riiight?"

OOC: Hi i'm joining to get some practice in

Himano left his house. He brought with him all of his supplies that he would ever need and his weights were all on. As he was walking he saw this one kid training. It looked like there was a crossbow in his hand. That was something rare that is not seen around these parts. It appeared that he was using the Ice Floor Creation Jutsu to work on his balance. In the distance it seem funny that he had kept on falling. Himano was impressed with his aim though, he was hitting most of his targets even with the ice beneath him.

There was also this girl there too. It seemed that she wanted to spar or fight. But she seemed rather pretty, and Himano was not the shy type. Himano wasn't the type to go and hide and sneak up on people either so he just walked right up to them with a smile on his face

"Hi, my name's Himano, what's yours?"

OCC: Mind watching first? Kai's got a lot of stamina, so she wouldn't mind doing back to back spar. Actually, she would probably be excited about it. 'Tis a twisted child. ^^

'Pointy bits?' This will be intresting. I am going to teach this kid that 'pointy bits' are a lot scarier than those bolts he is carrying. Silently, Kai nodded to the first set of rules although she was not found of the idea. Spars were suppose to prepare students for the real world, but still there were no teachers around. No medic nins could also be a slight problem. For a moment Kai looked that the boy's medical mask, and wondered about his coughing. Perhaps a simple run about would tire his body out. Taijutsu might be hard for him as well. The second rule came to Kai's suprise. She would not have guessed the boy to posses good balance, so moving on ice would be hard for him. Still, it was fun to stack the deck against yourself.

'Fine as well. But if you get to stick to your element, so shall I.'

In one swift movement, Kai pulled out one of her bottles giving it a gentle shake. The black liquid inside splashed against the cork before settling back down. Slipping it back into the pouch, Kai tapped the bottle's top lightly to make sure it was where it should be.

'It can't kill or mar the body, I guarentee that. The effects are only temporay and won't harm you once they were off.'

And you won't get anymore information than that. Kai was beginning to take a rough idea about her oppoent's mental state. A few ideas were beginning to form, the rough plans to which she would stick to this time. The bow was going to be the hardest thing, but the blunted blots would help. Taking a moment to look over her Neko-te, Kai scanned the surface of each with her eyes. Lovely things her claws, still posion coated. It didn't take much to get posion into a human's system, but she was admitably use to being able to try and disable her oppoent while doing it. Self resitrant. Bah. Well, I suppose everyone has to learn it at some point. Once again, Kai motioned for the boy to begin. For some reason, she wanted the boy to go first and opposed to her normal style of striking first.

Another boy walked up during this time, who seemed to know what was going on. Her head turned slightly, and her earing moved with them their cold metal hitting her face. The newer boy seemed intresting enough, and perhaps later she would challenge him to a spar as well. But her eyes went back to the other boy; her muscles flexed under her baggy pants readying herself for the fight.

'Yakama, Kai. We're about to spar, want to watch?'

"How about we make this interesting and make this a three way spar?"

Himano looked at the two of them up and down. He knew that he could take them both one on one but both of them together might be a challenge and Himano likes challenges.

Himano started stretching even before he got the answer to his proposal. He was wearing his all black clothes today. He tied his newly grown hair into one really smooth long pony tail. His hair was at least down to the arch by now. Himano finished stretching and got ready to have fun.

Edit: Oh geeze I'm slow. I'll edit it.
Jiro looked at the vial and the liquid which is most likely poison.

Figures. Of all the academy students it had to be a poison user. At least I have the field advantage. Plus the extra player may make things fun.

"Well if you want to join you, you can hop in anytime but remember, no sharp stuff." He then pulled a small sphere from one of his pockets and dropped it on the ground.

"Ready? Three, two, one, BEGIN!" With that he stamped on the smoke bomb and disappeared into the smoke giving him time to use his ice floor creation jutsu to cover the floor in ice again.

Good. He thought, It still has a few flaws on it. This should help me out.But just to be sure... Jiro then looked at the sky and then made the handsigns for Bushin no jutsu causing a set of clones to appear. There were a few flaws like the facial features in the first and discoloring in the clothing on the second one, but it didn't matter right now.

Thank heaven its a little cloudy. The over cast should conceal the fact they don't have shadows and if I have them stay far enough away she won't notice some of the flaws. Jiro ordered the two clones to circle his rival in two opposite directions and then fire false shots. One to the head and one to the gut.

They won't do anything, but it should distract her from stopping me from shooting her left thigh and make her trip. He then slid back a bit and waited for the smoke to clear enough for him to shoot. Then, once his clones fired, he fire his bolt at her thigh.

It may be blunt, but a bolt would still hurt a helluva lot from a crossbow.

"Have Fun"

Himano got out of the way of the smoke bomb and he then took out his daggers. He dashed into the smoke and in the cover of it all he cut some hair off of his pony tail and threw it on the floor hoping that some one would pick some of it up at least for him to slow their movments or stop them completely.

Himano jumped high into the air to get a good view of what was happening. He saw the boy from earlier who didn't even bother to introduce himself to him. He wanted to take him out first, just for the simple fact that he was rude and didn't have mannners. The boy was creating some clones. From far away he couldn't tell if he had mastered the jutsu but Himano was about to use his signature battle plan. It was one he used while training with his grandmother. She taught him well and prepared him for this type of fighting senario as well. Himano dropped back down into the smoke and now made the needed handsigns for his Clone Jutsu. He made four of them with very little effort. Himano next made the proper signs for the tranformation jutsu. He tranformed his three clones into a giant 15 foot long and two feet wide King Cobra.

He used this as his main distraction. When the smoke cleared it would have seemed that Himano summoned the King Cobra. Himano took out his both daggers and prepared for the boy's crossbow bolts and the girls poison. Himano went into his Snake/Crane fighting style and waited for the smoke to clear.

And so the fight began. The first boy threw down a smoke bomb, and used some of his chakra to renew the ice field, so that the water froze over again. She watched with intrest as he created flawed bunshins that circled around her to fire fake bolts. That ment a real, stronger attack was to come. Suddenly, her ears heard the real bolt cutting through the air and moved slightly so it flew past her. A few seconds later, the blunt bolt lodged itself into a tree with a loud noise.

As the smoke cleared from the rest of the field, Kai watched the King Cobra appear with slightly intrest. And Academy Student would drop dread from using enough Charka to summon a small snake, much less one that size. Kai watched the snake for a moment, and noted a few differences that made her sure of the theory. So where did he get enough materials to make this thing? Things can't even double in size. Would he risk making it out of bunshins? Watching the snake, Kai realized the thing didn't have a shadow! So one hit, and the thing disappears. I could 'kill' it now but I see no reasons. Perhaps the shorter boy is phobic of snakes. But what really suprised Kai, was that the same boy had just cut his braid off. And I wanted to teach him the lesson mother taught me. Sometimes it seemed life was very unfair; Kai would have to wait to have her turn to teach that particular lesson. She noted how the boy was trying to draw them towards the braid, so he had not simply cut it for fashion reasons. I have to avoid that braid at all costs. If the taller boy wanted them to come to him, he was going to have to wait until she was finish with the first. Kai was hoping that someone who coughed that much would have a weak immune system.

Taping into her own chakra resevres, Kai's hands flew together to from the four signs required for bunshin no jutsu. As the small puff of smoke cleared, Kai was surrounded by four copies of herself. Her recent training had payed off, and it seemed that Kai had mastered the technique. So far Kai had been mostly stationary, letting the others use their energy to launch attacks. It's time for me to play. With that thought, Kai and her bunshins ran forward, their movements faster because of the ice under them. The group weaved around each other, something that would confuse the shorter boy. When they drew close enough, the formation split slightly as they readied for the attack. Kai aimed her slashes at the boy's chest, making sure to use enough force to slice through his clothing and reach his skin but not break her promise. The bunshins doing the same thing, except their 'blows' would land on his limbs instead.

Damn, he thought. I missed her. If she comes after me I'm toast. Not only that, but that other kid has some sort of trick up his sleeve. Still, two close range fighters against mean can be pretty bad. When the gas cleared Jiro noticed a giant snake appear with the other kid in some kind of stance.

A summoning jutsu? No.. that uses up way to much chakra and is too advanced for a AS. Still, he's not moving so I should still keep away.

Jiro noticed how the girl made the hand signs for Bushin and caused 4 more of her to appear and are closing in fast.

Crap! I'm not good enough to fight two people at once. Got to make this quick!Just then the girl slashed right at him. One for each limb and one for his body. They would have hit too if Jiro didn't use body replacement jutsu to replace his body with a target he practiced on. He noticed that his clothing was slightly torn, but there was no cut on him.

Too close. But at least her back is exposed to the other guy. Maybe he will get the hint. Jiro then begun to skate on the ice away from the two, made a better bushin clone to split up and go the other direction and reloaded the crossbow.

I hope this works.

Himano looked at the girl and her four clones rushing to the other boy. He noticed that she was a close range fighter just like he was. Himano knew how to detect clones easily now. First off there would be no shadow. The cannot speak and they cannot make any noise or touch real objects.

Himano knew the girl could see through his illusion. That's why she didn't bother taking it out. Himano thought about attacking the girl from behind but he decided not to and just go and attack the boy and have fun with the girl after he was done. . Himano picked up his hair off the floor and let it all go freely into the wind. Himano rushed pass the girl and went towards the boy having his snake stay right where it was. He reached the boys position and slid behind him on his back using the ice on the floor. Himano stopped himself and got up and aimed to hit the boy's arm's vital points hoping it would disable him from using his crossbow.

"Say Goodbye to you BOLTS!"

A furious rally of hand signs had saved the smaller boy for the moment, her claws ripping his shirt only. By sheer luck, Kai managed to save one of her bunshins and waited to see what she could do with it. As the other boy attack the ice specialist, Kai noticed the irony of the whole event. It seemed that the laws of nature applyed to this fight as well. The two more self confident fighters had choosen the weaker one to be deafeated first. Then, they would battle it out. Ripping the piece of cloth off of her claws, Kai watched the smaller boy begin to skate away. He created yet another bunshin as a diversion technique as he reloaded his weapon.

While the more tan boy attack the other, Kai skated infront of them. She waited for the attack to work its course and her hands flashed together creating the signs for Chill. Kai had always had a flare for Genjutsus, and she knew that as Academy Students they could not have learned the realease. For a while their minds were going to be under assult. As she finished the last hand sign, Kai completed the Genjutsu's other requirment. Lips curling, she revealed her canine and snarled out loudly, almost roaring at the two boys. The sound was much louder than she expected, and sent nearby birds flying. Best one I have made in a while.

Dang it, dang it, DANG IT! He's too close! Jiro noticed the boy coming roaring in behind him and managed to push himself away using his crossbow as a make shift club, but was smacked on his arm as he did it. Once he was out of punching distance, he slid back and did his best to get away. Huffing and puffing along the way.

I can't give up... not yet. Jiro's arm twitched. While it wasn't crippling, it hurt like a mother and his foe knew that. However something was bothering him. While he was away from the boy, he still felt dread. He then recalled the girl roaring at the top of her lungs scaring the birds in the process.

That girl.. she's using genjutsu? Figures that this would end up as a scaring contest... I just have to focus on keeping them at bay.

Jiro removed his mask revealing his for a moment and placed a capsule in his jaw between his teeth. He wouldn't bite it until the time was right, but for now he needed to weaken them. Using his crossbow in his good hand, Jiro shook out the bolt and put the gas bomb in shakily with the arm that was damaged. He then fired the bomb into the two of them causing the choking gas to appear. He then made the hand signs and used Magen: Chilled soul genjutsu hoping to weaken them further with the cold.

This is it. My final stand. I'm scared as hell, but if I pulled this off I swear I'll give these two some drinks for helping me learn from this.

The cold seemed to adavance at her, leaking through her sides as it pierced its way into the very center of her being. Inscintivly, Kai felt the begins of shivers creep their way up her legs. Kai used Henge No Jutsu hasitly. As the smoke from the boy's bombs cleared away from her form they would have an intresting sight to look at. Standing infront of them was a very large, black wolfess. On her waist was Kai's pouches, and her forearms still held her bandages. In the hasty transformation, Kai had not been able to convert all her form. Lastily, over her 'natural' wolf claws were the shining neko-te. The gold eyes that looked at them were hers, but that was the only real clue as to who was looking at them.

The thick coat of fur helped masked her shivering body and gave Kai some reassurance. Wolves didn't freeze. Frost could form on their fur, and icesicles as well. But wolves never froze. Why did I mess up like that! My stupid hands wouldn't stop shaking. But maybe I can use this to my advantage. Her eyes turned to the smaller boy, wanting to get him out of the way. Through the predator's eyes, Kai quickly noticed his arm moving oddly. He was wounded. Her lungs ached because of the smoke, but it was clearing fast enough. Snarling, Kai worked for a moment to figure out just how to get her fur to stand on end. It was harder than she thought!

But Kai figured out one more thing. Her newly made claws, although covered with her neko-te, were great at moving her along the ice. Hind legs kicked off, Kai found herself going faster. This shape is more areo-dynamic after all. A final kick sent her flying a short distance through the arm, her neko-te ready to make contact with the smaller boy once again. Not trying to seriously hurt him, she focused on multiple slashes rather than powerful ones. She just needed on slash to hit, and Kai knew the broken skin would begin an intresting process.

Jiro was nervous. His foe has shifted her form to one that he hated the most; A wolf. Worst, she's approaching at high speed at him.

This is bad. It's going to end badly I know it. Jiro shook his head and tried to get rid of the negative thoughts. Get ahold of yourself. She's still human! Just need one last move! Jiro stood firm. He's tired, low on chakra and hurt. If he makes a stand, its now. Scared out of his wits or not.

Jiro undid his mask and revealed the pellet between his teeth. With as hard a bite as he can do, Jiro cracked the flash bomb and let the light shine.Since the pellet was in his mouth, the light didn't harm him as much as if he was looking directly at it. Still, it did burn his tongue a bit.
N-now to finish this! Jiro then screamed as loud as he could. "It's OVER!" And released the bolt. Then once he shot it, he readied his crossbow for one last swing and screamed at the top of his lungs and tried to land the knock out blow before he collapses.
"KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

OCC: Demon Haven, Junoko has been 'elimanted' from the spar. It's now just a two on two.

As Kai flew through the air, it seemed she was breaking laws on how fast something could move. At the same time, everything seemed to slowed down while she waited to land the final strike. Caught in this paradox, were her time moved both slowly and quickly, Kai speed forward through the air. She watched the mental break down with some intrest, as she waited to get close enough to slash at him. It seemed to take an eternity. Undoing his medical mask, Kai noticed a small pill between the boy's teeth. A flash of light erupted around him, and Kai's pupils became literal slits. Somehow, she was able to notice the edge of the bolt coming towards here. Too late. The blunt bolt smashed at her chest, the force pushing her body backwards. Next thing she knew, her claws were scraping against the ice trying to stop her movement. Her head dropped slightly and the bolt dropped onto the ice.

There was a moment, to Kai anyway, of absolute silence. The world froze on itself, until Kai moved and broke the spell. She flexed her shoulders ignore the pain in her chest. Her bones were perfect intact, although she could feel a bruise forming already. The boy layed there still though. Did I kill him? Walking forward, her nose flirted over his body. When his lungs expaned she nodded and smiled on the inside. Grabbing at his shirt, Kai's teeth were illequip to holding the material. As she dragged him across the ice, the teeth sliced through his shirt and Kai had to keept adjusting her hold. Running she managed to tuck the smaller boy away from the arena of ice hiding him from the sun in the forest's sheild of trees. Realising herself from Henge no Jutsu, Kai reappeared in her human form. Walking back onto the ice, Kai felt like Caesar returning triumphant into the great city of Rome that was cheering for him. But she would not make the same mistake as Caesar; she was walking back into a battle. There were not true triumphs until only she remained. Her neko-te were ready to get into the other boy, to let her posion bring him tumbling down.

"Not bad for... someone..using...bolts..." Jiro squinted. Everything was getting blurry. His legs felt weak. And consciousness was vanishing.

Heh. What a fight... Ippo would be proud... With that, Jiro drifted off to unconsciousness from the fatigue and from the fear he has been trying to stave off.

OCC: Lets make this a very good fight!

"Well see if your soul is strong enough to go against mine!" he howled

Himano didn't even have to do much work on the other boy. Actually he let the girl do it all. The girl probably had very poor chakra reserves and was probably running out. Unlike her Himano could go on for hours.

He knew that he had the advantage. She probably knew it too. But Himano sent the message very clear that he was not going to hold back. He took off his leg weights weighing about 25 lbs each. He then took off his body weights. They all made a very large thump! when they hit the ground.

Himano let go of his illusion just to save himself the energy. Besides she saw right through it anyways. He could tell genjutsu was her specialty so he would have to be careful. A cloud passed by and took advantage

"Bunshin No Jutsu" he made four bunshins and there would be no way to detect them because there would be no shadows.

He rushed to the girl and surrounded her in a star shaped formation with her in the middle. They all then rushed in on her and Himano tried to perform his Push taijutsu and aim for different places of her body with each clone hoping that she would not know where to block him from and that he could land that move.

Watching the boy, Kai almost had to laugh. What a novice move, limiting the oppoent to their Chakra reserves. And he a Taijutsu user none the less! But Kai keep her face calm, laughing on the inside. Posion required no Chakra, it was the ulimate attack. All she had to do was keep on moving. And that Kai had in spades. Her stamina went on when others dropped out of pain and exhaustion, their minds broken like their bodies. Kai was born a predator, the ookami of the Yakama line. The snake's cruel intelligence mixed with the wolf's unbridled spirit. Let the boy uptain his pride; it would be his downfall.

He let the illusion disappear, as soon as a cloud floated pass her. Another set of bunshins appear, and her oppoent made yet another error. Bunshins made no sound; no footsteps or breaths came from their body. As the bunshins surrounded her, Kai stood still her muscles waiting. This boy did not have relfexes like her and he would find that out soon. The boys enclosed her, dropping at her with Taijutsu moves. Her legs uncoiled at that moment, sending her soaring above him. Flipping around, Kai landed softly behind him and began her attack as a fluid movement. She performed a basic cross cut, using her upper body strength to her advantage. Her claws would cut through his offit and skin with ease.

'It's not my soul that makes me strong. Its my inconquerable will!'

The girl had seen through his bunshins just like he expected. Himano sprang into a flurry of hand signs as the girl was coming down. He had activated his Chakra Hair Rope and hopefully trapped her where she was. Himano jumped out of the reach of her claws just in case that his justu by some miraculous reason wore out.

"You just wait right there!"

He had thrown alot of hair on her when he went for his move a while ago. The chances os her moving were little to none. But Himano wanted to test if he had cast it strong enough this time. This was the type of jutsu that had to be tested in battle for the simple fact that Himano didn't want to have short hair all the time!

Keeped his distance and went to the other boy to check on him. He felt him breathing harder and saw how he was having trouble breathing. Himano knew the girl was smart. But she would not win this fight.

The hand signs had alerted her, and Kai spent the next few momements dodging the hair like there was no tommorrow. Being in the air had saved her. Kai had been able to land literally on her face while her oppoent jumped away from her range. Getting up, Kai shook her head lightly and wiped off her face. Well I don't know if UI got lost face with this guy, or gained it. Kai could still feel the brown dirt clinging to her pale skin, and her knees ached slightly from the dramatic fall. But Kai drew herself up, and readied herself for the next round of attack. Her oppoenant walked off to check to the other boy and came back yelling at her to apoligze.

'And say sorry for what? That boy and I had a verbal agreement on the rules before the fight began. Blunt weapons, and fight on the ice. He's not even bleeding from my claws so my half was upheld. Fear and exhaustion, combed with that slightly sucidual move was his own undoing. So unless you want to surrender I still have a fight to win.'

The slightly suicidual move that hit me dead in the middle of the chest and knocked the air of my lungs while it pushed me back several meters. Okay, so it was a very good slightly sucidual move. But he's not going to hear that from me. Looking at the boy's short hair, she doubted he would be able to pull out anymore. After all, that was one of the requirements for his jutsu. So slowly, they were both removing possible moves from their attack range. Her chakra had been thinned out greatly, and she was going to save it for later. This was going to be a long battle. Drawing her own knife, Kai dipped it in her posion before advanicinng forward. She grabbed the iron ring attached to the chain which was inturn attached to the knife. Swinging the chain, she aimed towards the blade wrapping around his leg which would meant the spike would imbed in his skin. Easy enough to pull out of you, but nothing was ever that simple with Kai.

OOC: Sorry I didn't mean for it to come out like that

IC: The girl had gotten free from his jutsu and Himano knew that he was running out of new moves to use on her. Just that moment when Himano was getting up she dipped a kunai in some type of poison and took out a chain. Before he knew it there was a long chain with a poisoned kunai headed towards him.

Using his superior chakra control, Himano sent some extra chakra to his legs. With that being done he jumped out of the chain's reach and onto a tree branch and he took out his daggers.

With a quickness and very little effort Himano took off his shoes and prayed to the moon for help with this battle.

"Mother of night and matron of the white light. Help me calm down, think and win this fight."

Himano next sent some extra chakra to his arms and jumped from the tree heading towards the girl. Himano held on to his daggers very tightly because she would most likely try to disarm him. When Himano was landing he took both his daggers and took one stab at the girls stomach making sure not to kill her and the other to the back of her ankle trying to slow her movements. If Himano landed the hit correctly it he would end up in his crab fighting style which stayed low to the ground for quick evasive manuevers and quick and powerful stabs.

Pulling back her knife, Kai frowned when the boy once again dodged. It was slightly annoying to say the least. As the boy let out some sort of prayer, Kai titled her head in confusion.A religous fanatic? Someone who prayed to the moon for strength during the day. Odd, very odd indeed. The moon had long ago been swallowed by her sister, the sun. She held no power during the day. But he was breaking down, to a degree. Anyone who was calling on their 'higher power' of sorts ment that they did not have enough faith in themselves at the moment. Well, at least that was Kai's opinion. But in her experince, any one asking for help was begining to break down. It was a good sign.

As he came at her, Kai noticed how low the strike was. As the knife points drew closer, her heart raced when Kai realized he was aiming for her stomach. She felt the rush of aderaline flow through her body as she thought about how a slash through the stomach could kill you. Avoid to blow, Kai dropped down on all fours. She felt the knife cut through the air just above her hair. The boy then cut downward, aiming for where her ankle once was. Dodging, Kai saw another chance for her to strike. Before the boy could bring his arm back up, Kai launched herself at it scratching wildly. At this close range, odds were that she would hit him.

Himano knew that he had gotten her thinking about what a wound to the stomach could do. She had dodged and got really low; She was literally inches from the ground.

She came back and aimed for Himano's right arm.

Since Himano was in his crab style he used it to dodge her attack, slide to his left and then finally Himano tried to slice her dominate hand's wrist with his Sun Dagger and then aimed for her spine this time with his Moon Dagger

"Even In The Sunlight The Moon Fills Me Up" he remarked

Himano knew she knew what could happen if she attained a spinal cord wound. Himano wasn't the smartest of people but his street smarts got him far. He would have to prey on her weaknesses like a vulture!

Kaiyoki
17-11-2007, 04:42
The slice was easy enough to avoid, mainly because she was already on all fours. Using her legs, Kai pivoited out of the way, springing up to her feet to avoid the second swipe. For a boy that had demanded she apoligize for moving her old oppoent out of the way in a rough manner, he was a hypocrite. Slashes to the spinal cord could be fatal; Kai had been with her father to the hospital enough times to know what could kill. Well, she was fighting a scavenger and nothing more. Cheap tricks like that were to be expected from his kind. Something that waited on the side lines while the true predator removed the other from the area. Something that felt it needed to draw power from the moon of all things. Something she was having fun playing with.

Grabbing at one of the vials in her pouch, Kai flipped the cork open with one hand. Smiling, she poured the black ominious looking liquid into her mouth. With a sudden burst of speed, created by her sending Stamina into her legs, Kai darted forward and literally spat the venom out at him in a spray. Her own body was use to the cocktail of necrotoxins, but his wasn't and would have to avoid the venomous shower. The venom came down infront of her, only to be used as a distraction. Busting through the spray Kai came with her actual attack. Kai slashed out in vertial cuts, not really caring if she was going to hit hits face or arms. All was now fair now that he had tried the spinal cord cut.

DemonHaven

Himano knew that the girl would avoid the spinal cord attack wouldn't have aimed for it if he knew she couldn't. She easily dodged the attack and it appeared like she had drank some of her own venom. The girl then sprayed the venom into the air creating a wall of the liquid. She then shot towards him and tried to scar his face.

Himano knew that his tactics were working. He was getting her mad and aggravated. The spinal cord attack got her really boiling inside, he could tell. Her movements went from calm and well thought out to wild and spontanious. He had to keep this up

Himano put away his daggers and did not try to counter her attack just in case she had more venom in her mouth. Himano using his chakra control once again sent some chakra to his feet and switched from his crab style to his Pa Kua fighting style which was more evasive and involve many twists, drilling, coiling.

Using his Pa Kua and his flexibility, Himano coiled behind in three footsteps and with an immediate reaction and used his Push taijutsu to try and break her foundation.

"With those wild movements you might as well be a monkey!"

'Ah the faults of men. You hide your anger, saying you are controling it. Until one day you snap and hurt those loved ones closed to you. A woman is wiser. We accept out anger. And in return....'

Better a money than a parasite. But if he wants anger, I will show him one of my greatest strengths. Time to teach this novice what happens when a little anger is slipped into a Genjutsu. Side stepping the push techinque, Kai formed the hand signs for Chill. It was a much stronger mental attack this time, for Kai let her anger leech into the other boys's mind. It was like tapping into a new power source. Well he was going to figure out pretty soon what fear was. After all, that was why Kai loved her Genjutsu. It made others doub themselves and freeze up on the spot. Their own enemy was themself, they would take a while to even win their inner civil war.

Kai was setting herself up for another attack, ready to use a touch of irony against the boy. Spontaneous was a good thing when coupled with a tactical mind like hers. Wild only ment he would have a harder time reading her. Wild was natural, strong, and a part of every human. Most shunned it though, like they cast off their anger. They grew to fear a part of themselves, and locked it away with 'self-control'. In one move, people like this boy crippled their own power. If they only could understand.

'And in return we are self empowered.'

OOC: Forgot to look at your RPC fully.

IC: The girl was good at dodging his attacks but so was he but this was a genjustu. He could see them from a mile away but since he was only an AS he could not dispel them.

She had caught Himano in her Chill genjutsu. His mind was under assault and he would have to try and stay calm. There was a chill down his spine that made him fearful. But it was not something he couldn't handle.
His religious faith kept him from fainting from the fear. His grandmother taught him not to fear anyone.

"I don't fear you! I fear the idea of losing to you. And that is my greatest fear. Losing" Himano was afraid and she could most likely see right through his bull. He was more afraid of what losing represents. All those he would letting down. His mom, dad, grandma, master. That's what kept him going, even if that meant passing out from exaustion.

But Himano could not move his body did not allow him to. He wanted to jump away and he had already sent the chakra to his legs but it would not respond in anyway. He was pretty sure that she was going to strike very right away.

"I will not fall now!! Himano said with an extreme false confidence. The girl could probably see right through him and knew he was putting up a front. His heart started racing and all he had thoughts of were of her scaring his face.

Kaiyoki

Both of their bodies were beginning to feal the strain from the long fight, although Kai was fairing better. Her heart was not racing right as much, and her breathing wasn't as shallow. Her stamina was keeping her moving at the moment, combined with her conscienant effort to keep her breathing steady. It was slightly ironic that neither of the children knew how close their childhood had been. Visiting her mother half sliced open as a child; watching others trying to kill her father so he couldn't heal Sato's shinnobi. These were her child hood memories. Being punish for not be perfect; her mother praying on her every weakness. Even Dyami had fought with her. They were all trying to make her strong to install in Kai the Yakama's mental strengths. Since being a young girl, Kai had been taught losing was painful. Even if you were bleeding or broken you had to keep going. That was her life.

'Denying your fear gives it power over you.'

And sadly, Kai loved it. Sure on the outside her face was grim, but on the inside was a more relaxed person. She saw no problem with fighting; it was part of her nature. As the boy made more clones, Kai formulated a plan. The shurikens were drawn and something inside of her clicked. She had to react while he still was doubting himself. Rushing forward, Kai braced her arms infront of her face so when one of the shrukien hit her, the guaze wrapped around her arm sliced open to take the blow. The sliced white guaze fell off her arms during her assualt hitting the ground below her. Hoping to prey on his Genjutsu advanced fear, Kai bared her teeth and hiss imitating a very angry snake. It was approate, considering within the next few seconds her posion covered neko-te were being used to slice at his chest. Kai's hopes were that her Genjutsu would slow his reflexes or even make him freeze fully in fear.

DemonHaven
17-11-2007, 19:04
She had dodged his shuriken. And only one of them hit on her arm. A white pouch fell off of her and hit the ground. She came towards Himano and tried to slice his chest. Since her genjutsu was still in affect it seemed as if she was a katon snake monster. Now he was halusinating as well.

Himano was absolutely terrified of katon. It slowed down his movements so greatly that he only had time to do a backflip to try and avoid the hit to his chest. But he still failed to avoid the hit. He was cut on the back of his right leg.

He could feel the toxins entering his body. He had to try and calm down and control his heart rate but it would not be easy with the girl still fighting him. He managed to get his heart rate back to normal and started to slow down the venom from spreading from his body any faster.

With the girl now very close to him Himano, quickly took out his daggers and aimed for her legs in a quick tornado type spin move with both daggers in hand. Hopefully he could the girl was tired enough to slow down her reaction time just a little bit. Himano did not have enough energy left to try and make deep wounds but he still tried.

The game had just shifted heavily in one direction. It had suddenly become a race against time for the boy. And his way of winning had just become a double sided knife as well. If he tired to rush in and fight, the movement would speed up the venom's advance through his system. But if he didn't move, she would attack and force his hand. The boy rushed at her, spinning with the daggers pointed at her legs. On the spurr of the moment, Kai made a descion. It would be easier for her to spend less energy dodging, and concentrate more about making them non troublesome. The boy's knives sliced through her pants in a few spots draw a few thin lines of blood. The scraps of cloth fell onto the wounds and began the clotting process. Thepain was nothing; Kai shook it off without a second thought. She was going to keep this boy fighting, in the vain hope that she would tire before the venom took its effect.

Taking a deep breath, Kai darted behind the boy wanting to try out Tiger Suplex. She wasn't out to risk running out of Charka, but she had more than enough Stamina to spare. Sending amounts of stamina through out her body, Kai rushed at the boy from behind him. She tried to grab at his arms and pull them back so her palms would be flat against his back. She would then try to make him fall so his neck and shoulder would land on the ground.

OCC: No clue how to RP Tiger Suplex without G-moding. So if it works, RP that happening or if it does not just say where he broke free of it. Also the venom takes will take effect on your next post. (So you respond, then I repsond and then its your turn again and the venom will be causing extreme pain.)

Jiro was impressed, but tired. Even though the girl was the most active one of the three of them in this fight and yet she is doing remarkably well while he was sitting near a tree. Awake, but not ready to enter the fight at all.

Glad I woke up for this part. Not every day you see something like this. The fear that kept him asleep was gone and he felt better for relaxing, but his arm still hurt from the blow the boy landed on him and is still very groggy. If he decided on landing a sneak attack, he would be wiped out. Instead he chose to watch while they were busy fighting as to not draw attention to himself.

He was sneaky, very sneaky. But it didn't do him any good against someone with that strong a will. Now he is most likely poisoned and she seems to have the edge.

Jiro looked at his clothing and himself. His shirt was torn from the claws, but there were also bite marks with no wounds. He then recalled the girl was still in wolf form when he passed out.

That was nice of her. Maybe I should thank her for such sticking with the rules and helping me out. I think ramen will do the trick for that. Heck, I could use a bowl too.

OOC: It's fine it kinda helps me out

IC: The girl now tried to used her extra stamina to get Himano in a tiger suplex. With a quick string of hand-seals Himano used Substitution and to get away from the girl. In his place he left one single log.

Himano was in bush about 30 feet from the girl and took out some of the bandages he bought and the ointment that he always kept with him. Himano used the ointment's healing properties to dull the pain of the wound to his leg and next used the bandages to wrap the wound so tightly that the wound stoped bleeding. He know wraped some bandages around his mouth so that when the venom kicked in they would at least muffle his screams.

Himano was running out of time and he needed to end this before the venom kicked in but for now he need to try and slow his heartbeat even more.

Himano laid on his back and closed his eyes. He imagined his heart slowing down. Now that he recovered his usual calm he waited for the girl to find him and that wouldn't take someone of her skills very long.

OCC: Henge is transformation jutsu. But I got your point.

As Kai was about the throw the other boy down, she dissappeared from between her arms leaving her holding a log. Thankfully, the jutsu wouldn't get him far away. Looking around for her oppoent, Kai noticed the shorter boy. The other boy was awake now, and watching the fight. Kai didn't pay much attention to him doubting that he had another attack left in him. If he could even walk a few meters that was. Walking into the forest, Kai's head was darting from side to side trying to see any sign of her oppoent. Smiling slightly, Kai sang out a rythm she had learned when she was a child.

'If you go out in the woods tonight, your sure to see a frightful sight...'

At this time, she envied snakes. All they had to do was flick their tongues a few times to find anything they had bitten. Well, actually they had to first follow the chemical trail, but that was easier that looking for someone who just disappeared. Insctintivly, Kai knew his time was coming to a close. A person with a poor defense against venom would find themselves in a world of pain pretty soon. Even the average person would break out screaming, and focus on trying to stop the bruning sensation in their body. Looking around, Kai headed towards the trees trying to find one that matched the size of the log. She wasn't that far away from the boy, although Kai was not sure of where he was. Closing her eyes, Kai tried to ignore the other sounds around her. She heard a small sound, when the boy placed his head on the ground
and turned in that direction. The soft sound of his breathing was know decetable from this distance.

Jumping through the bushes, Kai stuck on heel out further placing her weight on it. She came down, aiming at the boy's chest hoping to either pin him down or knock the air out of him. Actually, she knew the attack would send his heart racing while he tried to avoid it, and she was eagering waiting for the venom to take effect. He would be considerably weaker pretty soon, and she could end the whole event.

OOC: She must have really good hearing if she could hear him breathing through his nose

IC:

As Himano was laying down in the bushes. She had found him and he just let her cut him across the chest. That moment the venom started to react with him body and he was in burning pain from the inside out. He then created 3 Clones around her and with little force went for the pressure point in her shoulder blade region trying to defeat her without raising his heart rate and making the reaction worse.

"FKJKSHJHKSNBJLB JKBJ!!!!!!" was all that could be heard from Himano's muzzled mouth.

OCC: She was only a foot or two away. And yes, Kai has excellent hearing.

Slashing through the clones, Kai waited for the real attack to come. The boy was desperate now, trying to stop her by using simple, ineffective tatics. Turning her body, Kai let the boy hit the top of shoulder and rushed in for the attack. The punch had landed aquardly, and using her shoulder as the driving point Kai rushed at the boy tyring to knock him squalery in the torso. She planned to literally keep knocking the air out of him until his body collasped in exhaustion. The pain was only going to get worse for the boy, as the venom spread through his body, past the entry wound. It would be sucidual for the boy to go on with the fight for much longer. If this was a real fight, he probably would either be seriously hurt soon or kill. From what Kai was taught, a spar ended when one of the fighters could, if they wanted, kill their oppoent. The boy couldn't throw a strong punch, nor could he move in fear of making his condition worse. Checkmate.

'It only gets worse from here. You are not going to win this thing. Just admit defeat and go on with life.'

My granmother once told me if I ever was in bad enough shape I should stop fighting and not be stubborn. So for now you win. I just ask of you one thing. What's your name again?

Jiro said "A hero could be brought down quickly if the enemy has enough determination to fight to the very end. Still, its one of the better fights I had a part in, even though I was the first one out *WACHOO*."

Jiro was relieved the fight ended on a less messy note. He felt much better too. thanks to the rest.

"Oh! I forgot to introduce myself;" Jiro bowed "The name is Jiro. I would like to invite the winner for some Ramen if she would like. You can come as well Himano. My treat."

'Better to ask, why did she win.'

So for now you win. Someone's trying to save face. Kai was a little happy the whole thing was over. Reaching into her bag, Kai fished out her guaze and recovered her right arm with it. Honestly, Kai thought of the guaze almost like they were clothing. Sure, it did not provide a lot of defense but helped keep her neko-te on. Well, actually only the guaze around her hands did that. Well it's my version of fashion. The ten pound weights attached to her legs were wearing thin at the moment. However, Kai reminded herself that boy had taken off his weights earler. I so derserve Pocky when I get home. Kai was interupted on her thinking process when the boy asked her name again.

'Me? I'm Yakama Kai. Ookami of the Yakamas as my family puts it; the wolf who carries a snake.'

Then, Kai another voice. I would like to invite the winner for some Ramen if she would like. You can come as well Himano. Kai almost wanted to burst out laughing. Someone she couldn't see the other boy taking that comment perfect. But then again there was a time when one was too tired to laugh; or just didn't ever really do it in public. Actually there was a lot Kai did not do in public. She never really seemed to smile when around people she barely knew. Smirk sometimes, but that was a different emotion together. She was usually distance, and cared more about fighting someone than making friends. Training to be a shinnobi seems to be a double edged sword. Still, Kai was almost compled to take up the boy on his offer. But she had another thing to do, another step in her training to take.

'While that is a very generous offer, I have to decline. I have someone waiting to train with me at the Academy. You guys heading to the campus or going home? I wouldn't mind a little company on the walk there. Talking to someone while not trying to throw a punch at them is nice every once in a while.'

Waiting for the boys to respond; Kai fished out a small bag from one of her back pouches. Inside were small wrapped candies of varying colors. Poping one of the candies in her mouth, Kai was rather happy to remove the acidic taste of the venom from her tongue. She might have been immune to it, but man did the stuff taste horrid. Kai much prefered the sweet peppermint taste that the candy gave off. Actually, any sure would do. Kai kept a bag of the candy in one of her back pouches at all times. If needed, she could swallow most of them to keep her up for a long time. Of course, she would crash a bit later, but that was basic physics. What goes up must go down. The other boys were probably wondering why she was eating, so Kai offered a basic explaination.

'I am a slight suger holic. Love this stuff way too much.'

She held out the bag to the other boys, indicating that they could have a few if they wished. Kai watched Jiro (it was easier to remember their names when she wasn't trying to avoid being hit) offer Himano a few painkillers. Kai had to admit that Himano had a sever reaction, which probably ment he had a weak immune system. Nodding slightly, Kai made a mental note to change the percentages in the venom before she saw him again. Couldn't have people developing anti bodies to her venom. Actually, it had taken Kai years to do that herself. But still, it couldn't hurt to do it. What's the second round going to be like? I know both of these boys are going to be in it, but will it be a torument? No, several people pass with honors each year. I hate waiting to find out. Looking at her arms, Kai wondered if it would be a good time to put henna on them. She always believed that putting henna on oneself helped in some ways. And on the subject of that, Kai also loved tattooes. Actually, Kai was suprised neither of the boys had commented on the three claw mark tattoos under each of her eyes. Most people were a little put off by them. When Himano asked about her hopes Kai looked to the sky for a moment.

'I know it will sound lame, but I want to be Ooikage. I will be the Ooikage one day, and then I might have lived up to my family exceptations. But right now, I am just worrying about getting to Genin. Mother says she will allow me to have my own wolf then. She says AS cannot take care of an animal in battle and that would be irresponcible to them.'

Jiro smiled and took up Kai's offer of a candy and picked one that looked like it was orange flavored. He sucked on the candy to get the flash bomb taste out of his mouth and pondered on the question.

"Hmmm, I guess I want to be a medical ninja. It can be pretty helpful to know about the human body. I can save lives and I could cure my own illness. The exercise and training from being a shinobi can also help me get better."

I want to be able to track and hunt down my father and bring him back to the village. But before that I want to pass that second round of the Genin exams. Then train 24/7 with my team to be the best I can be."

Himano really did want to find his father, beat him up, and then bring him back to the village. But he knew that would be really hard to do mainly because his father used to be an ANBU and he worked alongside the Kage most of the time.

Himano shook his head signaling a no to show he didn't want any candy. Himano always thought that mixing sugar with medicine wasn't good for you.

Medical Nin? So this it what my Father sounded like when he was an AS. Always wondered. While Kai did give respect to Medical Nin because they were of high rank and were heacily needed it seemed she was always give people like her mother more respect. It took a lot of guts to chase after Missing Nin, knowing that many of them would try to kill you just for looking at them. And then there were the Missing Nin that were more human, and just left their village for simply, nonviolent reasons. People complained when those types were killed, but it was for the village. Listening to Himano Kai wondered if he was looking for sympathy. Kai had always wondered what would have happened if her parents had broken up. It would have been so much easier to hate one of them, instead of trying to pick up the pieces at age six. Well, what did not kill her made her stronger. Himano would learn that one day. Pulling the candy back into her pouch, she shoved it under a few extra rolls of guaze.

'What you thinking of for your pet? Any clue yet? So you are both in the second round right? I have to wonder what they have incharge for us. A torument would be a great thing, but I somehow doubt that is going to happen.'

"I'm thinking of a horse. They are really neat. I like them at least. I'm already entered for the second round. And a tournament would be great but who knows. I just want to be as ready as I can for it.

Himano looked over at his weights. He didn't have the energy to go and wear them now so he left them and planned to get them later.

Jiro pondered that for a moment.

"Hmmm. I bet she will go in herself, have us team up and systematically kick our butts one at a time like some sort of crazed mass murderer all the while wielding a giant katana and laughing like a madwoman. Heck, I bet the squirrel has a little kunai that it uses to jab people with."Jiro shrugged.

"Or she could make us do jutsu until we collapsed. Either way you can never be sure. They don't talk about the second part much."

They sure don't. Sometimes I wish they told us what was in the genin exam so we would have time to prepare for it. I myself am not too worried about it. In life you can't plan things too much or else your hopes will be crushed when things don't turn out the way you planned. But thats only my opinion.

They arrived at the Ramen Shop and Himano tried to figure out what he was in the mood for.

'Maybe I do have enough time for a quick bowl of Ramen.'

Looking at the two boys, Kai was not sure exactly what was making her stay. Sure she had always been implusive, but the boys were growing on her. Perhaps she should stick around a little longer after the spars from more often. Besides her body was aching from fighting two other students at the same time and taking a bolt to the chest. The weights on her legs felt like they were chaining her to the ground and she needed a warm meal in her stomach. Greeting the cheif, Kai asked for her normal. Your basic ramen with extra slices of chicken and beef added into it. Laying her money down on the counter Kai waited for the others to order. It wouldn't take her long to eat and she really should wait for them. Kai knew the Juro had been nice enough to offer to pay, but she hated depending on people she just met. She wasn't going out of her way to be mean, although it probably appeared like that.

'Perhaps it is a survial course of some sorts. One that would require us to use the very basic jutsus. Any guess is really fair game at this time.'

Sitting down, Kai removed the guaze that tied her weights to her legs. Placing the weights onto the counter, she felt so much better. I have to pace myself if I want to last until the end of my training sesson. Carrying weights around for no reason is a waste of my strengths. It seemed that all three of the Academy Students were hoping to just pass the exams.

'Well, heres to passing the second round. Let all the others just be regular Genin; we are passing with honors.'

Himano ordered a regular of ramen with extra spiced chicken in it. He placed his money on the countered and continued the convosation.

To passing with honors!

Himano started to eat his ramen. The ramen just made his melt inside. He hadden't eaten in about 8 hours and now he was starving.

I'm just wondering, what did you guys score on the first exam? I got a 92% I know I could of gotten higher but I was really tired when he took the test

OOC: We need to wrap this up pretty soon because my eyes are dying and they're super red.

Thank heaven! I'm starved!Jiro was happy that Kai took up his offer. He didn't have a nice meal since yesterday. Some ramen with pork not only filled him up, but gave him some renewed vigor as well.

I haven't had a meal outside my house for far too long. I'm enjoying it while I can.Jiro scarfed down the first bowl of ramen, then paced himself with the second. Jiro didn't mind Kai paying for herself. If she wanted to pay it was fine by him. When Jiro finished his second bowl and listened to Kai's little speech he nodded towards them.

They were a bit weird at first, but then again aren't we all? They should make my days here alot more fun.

"Lets give them a show they won't forget."

When he heard Himano ask, he said "92 as well I think."

OCC: Ya I need sleep as well. ^^

'92 here as well.'

When the others recieved their meals, Kai broke open her chop sticks and lifted the bowl to her mouth. Shoving the food into her mouth, Kai only pausing to chew the nice, stringy beef. The chicken in contrast was much softer, and was easily swallowed without trouble. Finally, after Kai had eaten all of the noodles and meat, she sipped the broth down and enjoyed the feeling of the warm liquid going down her throat. When Juro payed for his second bowl, Kai decided to do the same. She needed the meal. Going for a different flavor this time, Kai requested leeks ontop of a nice orential broth. Sipping the blend of spices, she left the meat for a little later this time. The words Juro said struck her rather hard. That's all we can do. Go out with a lion's roar. It seemed that each child, although odd in their own way, fit together somehow. Under the ramen shop roof, where there were no pressure on them and they were free to act like true children, they could be relaxed with each other.

'Agreed Juro. Agreed.'

Time was passing quicker than she wanted; every moment she spent talking seemed like only a few seconds. It was very nice to have people to talk to but there was still other things she had to do. Kai had to become a shinnobi and soon. Her mother would kill if she did not pass the second round as well. And that ment finishing her meal and leaving. Regretfully, Kai shoveled the noodles into her mouth and swallowed the broth as well. And when Kai chewed the remaining meat at the bottom of the bowl, the girl stood up with a sigh. She tied her weights back onto her legs, making sure the knots were tight and would not come undone. Waving to the boys, Kai turned to leave. She was still worn out, but felt better on the inside. And that's were it counts. Pain can be ignored, but inner demons cannot. We have to face them, and destory our problems. That is what makes a shinnobi strong. Looking back at Juro and Himano, Kai waved.

'Thanks for the fight boys. Time for me to go train.'

And with that statement still clinging in the air, the girl walked off and left.

"O shyt! I have to pay my light bill! No they are gonna turn it off!

Himano was having trouble remembering when he had to pay bils so today was the day.

I'm sorry for that outburst but they are pressing matters I must take care of. See you Around. Bye Kai, Bye Jiro! See you at the exams

Himano was happy that he made new friends around here. Himano had to go pay his bills then sleep. That was something he never forgot.

The day was good. He trained hard and fought well. Made new friends and shared fond memories. They may have left, but he knew he would see them in the second part. Even though he had to do things he didn't like,(like helping Himano up. That gave him a few shivers.) he got over it.

Y'know this wasn't such a bad day. Jiro said taking his pill. At least it didn't thunder.

*KRAKA-BOOM* Jiro literally jumped out of his seat and again remember touching another guy which caused him to have a sneezing fit along with the shivering that normally comes with that.

"Just had to prove me wrong nature? WAAAHCHOO! *sniffle*"
