Background:
Born in Kouryou, in the Water Country, but later on moved with his family to Sato. He started learning soon about the customs of the clan and the religion, Ne’Kisen studied at his house with his mum, his father a priest of the clan, always rigid and asking for extreme knowledge on the clan’s customs. His father wasn’t present for most of the time, as he had to keep the things in order in the temple. Ne’Kisen wasn’t sure of what his job was exactly, he only knew he worked on the temples as some kind of priest. He knew people, but he never felt too comfortable around them. Some of Ne’Kisen’s friends and neighbors went then to the academy to study the shinobi arts, he knew nothing about that but it was enough to call forth his curiosity.
He was never too much into reading, not the brightest kid of his class either, that seemed to disappoint his father in some way, but he couldn’t understand it. When he got to read about the ninja academy and decided he wanted too to learn there he went to talk with his parents, they were surprised by his sudden decision, but after knowing about the fact that he spent hours reading about it they didn’t think twice. But he was instead brought to the temple where his father worked to study with the clan.
Ne’Kisen was always good in sports and quick compared to the kids of his age. He not only wasn’t into reading and was into sports, as well as he seemed to be a lot into physical fights, and come out pretty well on body activities. His view of the world seemed to be a bit distorted in some way, he seemed to think fights could solve anything and even seemed to enjoy hurting living things for some reason.
Ne’Kisen’s life in the temple went rather fast, he graduated at the age of 13. His years in the temple were full of confusion and fights, for sure Ne’Kisen wasn’t the quietest student and nor a student that would go through the disciple life without calling attention. Having him in a class was almost a synonym for fight; Ne’Kisen even managed to get into fights on written classes.
He excelled in all the sports, that was for sure, his speed was great and he was for sure between the quickest for his age.
Library time even though short was way higher than the time he used to spend before. Ne’Kisen’s reading improved a lot during his disciple years and he even got to the conclusion that you could learn something from books. He read lots of things, from jutsus to Seichi’s history. He tried to learn some jutsu, but he wasn’t successful learning anything other than the basics required in the academy. Ne’Kisen graduated knowing only the first basic jutsus.
His readings of Seichi’s past brought a new dream to his head, and that was war. His view of solutions always seemed to be distorted in some way, but now he found his own solution. While some people believe in some kind of utopia, Ne’Kisen believed that the only way of having peace was by eliminating every possible enemy, thus he thought the right thing to be done was for a war to happen, and only the strong should have peace.
The only boy Ne'Kisen never fought with was a Hyougaan friend of his which moved to Sato and studied on the temple with him. He spent lots of time with this boy and he started learning Hyougaan from him. It was only when his training on the temple was complete that he learned the language by complete.
After the completion of his training on the temples Ne'Kisen went to the kage to get permission to become a genin. As he wasn't the first of the clan to do trainings within temples he was ordered to show a few of the required knowledge a normal academy student would get through his academy years. Those were taught for him before in the temple and his approval wasn't something that hard to obtain.

About 170 centimeters long without it's head, the head is a solid metal in the shape of Valrod's tattoo which has about 8 centimeters in diameter and adds approximately 9 centimeters to the staff.

This staff weights about a kilo with its head.
Appearance:
It is a long copper colored shaft with a metal head on its top. The metal head has a rusty color to it, maybe because of how old it is. The shaft is still shiny though. On the end opposite to the staff's head a small pointy metal is located, it is a metallic silver colored head that has a point which increases the pressure if used to stab someone, it is not sharp enough to penetrate someone's skin though.
Specialties:
This staff has chakra flowing material, in its inside there's pressured dust which is highly reactive when exposed to chakra. Exposure to B-rank chakra will lead the dust to shake, this chakra can be released through a magnetic wave by hitting a solid object with the staff, which will then create a earthquake-like effect for a brief period of time, this will decrease the balance from the enemies and maybe even lead weak structures to break.
The head of the staff can be used to drain electricity jutsu to it. Only jutsu of a C-rank or lowered can be drained, those will disappear completely, any higher rank jutsu will flow through the staff's metal and electrocute the user. Warning, this head also pulls higher ranked electrical jutsu to its direction, not only C-rank and lower.

Description: A ninjutsu technique that covers the area surrounding the user completely in mist. Once used, there's practically no visibility within the area of this jutsu for both the user and their enemy. This is a perfect situation for someone who trains in the art of silent killing.
Kiri Shunshin no Jutsu [Mist Body Flicker Technique]

Description: The user will be able to disappear from their previous position in a cloud of mist and reappear elsewhere. The distance they reappear to depend on the amount of chakra they choose to use, though they must travel more than 2 miles, and know exactly where they are going. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, or to leave a thread entirely. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, meaning you can't start a battle with it either.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [Water Clone Technique]

Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out attacks on its target. Also, elemental clones can think, but only on the rudimentary level, and the concentration for their jutsu needs to be maintained by the user. When this clone disperses, it reverts into a splash of water.
* Special Notes *
- Each bunshin takes 1/10 of your chakra pool to make.
- Bunshin can only travel a moderate distance from the user
- Bunshin have 1/10 the power of the user. This includes weapons, items, powers, speed, reaction speed, etc.
- Elemental Bunshin can perform taijutsu, non-elemental jutsu, and elemental jutsu of its own element that the user knows, so long as the jutsu maintains contact with the elemental clone through the whole time. Description: Certain Suiton jutsus require water, this jutsu allows the user to absorb water for future use for a single jutsu whatever the rank is. In other words, the user has to charge his body with water before fighting, and during the battle the water reserved by the technique will serve as a source for a single jutsu execution only.

Description: The user starts a sprint towards their opponent. Once they finish their handseals mid the run, they flicker to a side. Moving at high speed, the user digs down with one hand into the dirt and circles their opponent flashily. Once the circle around the target is finish twice or more, the earth beneath them starts to crumble and they fall into a deep hole.

Description: After learning this jutsu the user is able to use his suiton ability to control blood. It's not possible to control blood from another person. This will allow you to use blood outside a body as a water source, as well as control the blood inside yourself. Shinobi with this jutsu can remove blood from their own body through their skin. Be aware that there are many side effects for various actions you may take though. For example blood clotting and various effects including the lack of oxygen and/or minerals.
Seishin no Shi~Ru [Seal of Mind]

Description: This jutsu is used by the Ne’ clan. It was a jutsu created to allow members with unstable chakra to have their chakra reacting normally on things. At first it was used only for puppetry, but later on it was used for many other things, such as chakra charged and chakra flowing weapons. This jutsu seals a certain amount of chakra from a user into an object so that when the user is using his or her chakra to interact with the object, the chakra will act normally. This seal is undone automatically if a weapon with the owner’s blood is stuck over the seal. This jutsu is often used at the first times by monks on temples to help the students to learn when they still can’t do the jutsu. For the user to do the seal for himself above average chakra control and concentration are required. Another person is able to do the sealing for the user as well.

Description: This jutsu gives the user the ability to create a defensive wall of water through doing a string of hand seals. The wall may be blown out as jet of water from the user's mouth that forms into a barricade or even gush out of the ground. However, it's more usual to use a source of water to make this technique less draining.

Description: This is a tracking jutsu utilizing the earth element. The user will place their hand to the ground and feed chakra into it. The chakra increases sensitivity and will begin to relay all movements back to the users hands. Higher skill with this technique enables to user to almost envision everything that's going on when there eyes are closed, and even locate trees via roots or anything else beneath ground by sending out a chakra pulse acting as sonar. The more chakra poured out from the hand the better the range and the clearer the reading.

Description: A Suiton ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses already existing water and raises it around them in a circular barrier, utilizing a special handseals of placing the right thumb-up fist into the left palm. Only extremely powerful ninjas can use this technique without available water.

Katon: Enen no Sonata [Fire Release: Blazing Sonata]

Description: This technique was developed by a legendary shinobi, who retired into an occupation as one of the greatest chef's in the land. As the chef's greatest assets were his hands, this technique was devised as a unique style of using ones feet to defend, in a dance like motion. This idea was then improved upon, by focusing chakra into the user’s feet, and then, coupling it with a bit of fire mastery was able to mold the chakra to surround the user’s feet within a controlled fire. Every step fans the fire into the motion's direction, every stomp raises the fires causing it to flare up, every kick sends a penance of fire from the sole, and adding this into a dance causes it to not only defends ones self but by mastering the right steps can make for a very reliable offense.
Background:
Valrod was born in Sato and created in the same. He is the third generation of one of Ne'Noghdra's students, he went to live away from the clan for some time, he kept contact and followed the religion faithfully, but he learned no jutsus.
As the time went through he came back to his house due to the death of his father, his mum fell into an abyss of depression then. Valrod started to work then on a temple in the water country to stay closer to his mum.
He seemed to have stopped aging during the time he was off for training, some say he has seen the Goddess of Death before, and that he has found half-way to immortality.
At around the age of 20 he fell in love with the woman he is still married to. A loyal man to both his woman and his religion, Valrod kept his job at the temple, and around the age of 29 he had his first and only son, Kisen.
Now Valrod is a chief priest in one of the clan temples, many admire him, but his mystery is still unanswered.

Ne’Chrem looks way younger than he really is, or should be. He has a muscular body build. He is short, has violet dyed hair, lots of sealings on his arms and back. Ne’Chrem has metal implants to his arms that are mostly used for combat purposes. Those also contain seals for chakra flowing.
Background:
Ne’Chrem was part of a younger generation of the clan; he became a sealing specialist and created a new path for the clan. He was the one to help Ne’Bockwor not to lose his arm. Ne’Chrem has a series of seals that allow his appearance to stay younger than he is, even though he couldn’t learn what Ne’Bockwor learned he seems to be aging slower somehow. He uses sealing to control a horde of skeletons, as well as he uses seals to increase his strength. His weapons are metal implants that were made to his arm and have series of complex sealings for chakra flow. He became famous by the name of “Ten in one army” due to the fact that he was able to control nine bodies at the same time with the sealings and could still have the concentration to fight. The skeletons he controls aren’t really smart but they come back together due to some sealing. He constantly has to waste his chakra pool to remake and strengthen seals before battle though. He is now the current leader of the clan, he travels from country to country studying sealings and trying to improve his skills.
