Details: In order to secure his power over the underworld, Lex needs to make sure a few loose canon missing nin are returned to Neo Horizon, where he can keep them locked up, or perhaps even persuade them to work for him. But, those same missing nin are also exceedingly difficult to find, the ones on the very tops of the bingo books. as such, Lex has to send a hired gun of sorts to go and bring them back to Neo Horizon- one way or another. Gai Gardener has been hired for this expressed purpose.
Gai has been given specific information on this target. Her name is Supai, Migoto and she was once one of Nagare's leading interrogation specialists. That is, until she turned her back on the wind country and started using her skills to abstract secrets from government officials and Daimyo. This information was typically proof of their corruption, which she used to shutdown their various illegal operations. Such actions, though valiant, were also vigilantism that reflected poorly on Nagare, so she was exiled.
Objectives:
- Find the first of the Targets
- Bring them back to Neo Horizon Alive.
