No obvious hax, Unless the grab is instant but then again even an instant grab would be okay for a C rank jutsu if thats ALL it does.

Use 'Reaches to grab' instead of 'Grab' so the victim knows it's avoidable.

He doesn't really need to change that because he is just describing what the jutsu does. When He RP's using it then he has to say REACHES TO GRAB, but other the that its fine.

Looks fine to me... Good Taijutsu, and it's a variation of Konoha Senpuu... so... I don't mind it at all
