Appearance:
Arinokazi (http://i41.tinypic.com/21ent6w.jpg) has brown, mid-long, dropping hair. Color of his eyes is green. His eyebrows are also brown, regular thickness and standard length. Nose is thinner than a normal one, but just of the same height. His lips are light-red, with normally shaped and sized mouth. The jaw is a bit pointy, but still ok. His complexion is around normal, slightly leaning towards light. His body is muscular, but not too much. He's just fit.
Arinokazi wears four sets of clothing. First (http://i44.tinypic.com/5306lw.jpg), the regular one, is a white royal suit. This is the piece of clothing he uses while assigned on village based missions. The second (http://i39.tinypic.com/2mnj8zc.jpg) suit is used for formal receptions. Such as meetings with higher-ups of Manhunters, meeting with Kage, balls, parties, etc. The third (http://i41.tinypic.com/21ent6w.jpg) set is used for Manhunter missions. He can basically chose any set for any occasion, but those examples are his most often choices. He doesn't wear his headband almost ever. The only occasion is when he goes out on Sato missions. The third set on that picture is training outfit.
Personality:
Arinokazi is a very light-hearted, in private. He likes to joke around, hang-out with friends, listen to music. He's not arrogant or bossy. Most of the time he is smiling, and very rarely is angry. Arinokazi will try to help people and friends whenever he can, unless he is ordered otherwise. However, when on a mission he's cold as ice. He is able to strip away every shread of emotion inside of him - and get the job done. For some reason he likes money very much, and that's the reason he goes on missions all the time. Besides all that, he is a VERY religious man. He worships God, and prays every morning after waking up, before every battle, after every battle, before every mission, after every mission, and when going to sleep. He likes to consider himself a 'Divine adjudicator'.

Excellent with his blade: Knowledge of fighting styles, able to use it to it's full extent. Can deflect projectiles with it.
Above average reflexes: His body reacts slightly faster to surprises than normal person's.
Above average endurance: Able to endure a few hits more.
Good agility: This allows him to attack faster with his sword, as well as react more accurate to incoming projectiles, attacks, etc.

Very bad speed: His legs aren't much developed, not really fast.
Absolutely horrible throwing accuracy: Never threw anything in his life, never will.
Horrible at taijutsu: Absolutely no style while fighting hand-to-hand.
Below average flexibility: Has a little problems while bending his body.
Absolutely horrible lower body strength: Undeveloped legs call for extremely weak kicks.
Bad eye-to-feet coordination: Accuracy with his feet is also very undeveloped.
Horrible with his right hand: This expands further. If his left arm is to be injured, he would be unable to use his sword with his right at all. He would try, though.
Absolutely horrible stealth: Some accident always happens while he sneaks around, always.
Below average fencing ability: He has little experience with fencing, but it's still fine.

Quick learner: His mind is adept at receiving information(False strength, I have free pages for training so I am role playing this IC).
Very good patience: It takes a lot to taunt this man.
Excellent knowledge: Head full of political information, jutsu details, science, etc.
Good emotion separation: When he is with friends, he's with friends. When he's on a mission, he does a job without any emotional attachements. If a friend gets in his way, he shall be removed.
Great willpower: It's very hard to intimidate or scare this guy.
Above average pain tolerance: Following his willpower is pain tolerance, in conjugation with endurance.
Excellent team work(only with Ronin, Axel): Somehow, he feels natural when working with Axel. He has no knowledge of why.
Very good instincts: Once he fights, he does so instinctivly. He can sense danger, and stuff like that.

Arinokazi is a Ronin, by both side. He was born in a village which was mid-way Konoki and Sato, and it was often a raiding site for bandits. His childhood was spent with a cousin of his, Ronin Axel. Often they trained with bokken, and bested themselves. It was really hard to determine which one was better, but most people tipped at Arinokazi. They spent a childhood unwasted, training all the time. They were also inseparatable, which leeded to them being adjusted to one another. They could do a lot, just the two of them. They even managed to fend off one bandit attack at age of 10. However, they were defenseless against the Bandit leader, who ravaged, destroyed, pillaged their village and killed everyone except those two. It was said that bandit leader was a ninja, a high ranked one. He was able to use chakra. Axel and Arino stood together against him, but they had no chance. Untrained with use of chakra, with self trained sword skills they were hopeless to win. As a sign of good will, he let them survive. But survive on their own. Using chakra, he removed all of their memories and they were unable to recognize each other. For now, at least. However, their teamwork remained. It was like a talent both possessed, and they still had it in them.
Soon after the raid, Arinokazi was found by Manhunters near Sato, same as Axel. They were both trained by them, as they planned to make those two 'the perfect Manhunters'. The idea was called 'Project Starheart'. Young boy showed extreme potential, unlike any other. He was quickly enstated into academy of shinobi.
It was hard for Arinokazi to train to become a ninja, the older the kid is - the harder he learns. He was 12 years old when he was taken inside as a student, and after three years he finally graduated. He showed exceptional chakra control, a huge chakra supply as well as skill with sword, and strength of handling it. It was at that time, at age of 12 that Arinokazi started believing in a God. He didn't believe in a common God, however. He considers that every person has his own god, who watches over him. He hasn't named his God just yet, but he shall do so soon.
At age of 15, Arinokazi passed the genin exam and advanced to the rank of genin. Since then, he spent a lot of time training, fighting and doing missions.
