Jutsu History:
Verdandi Hinatase-Dao combinied the basic Hyouton technique "Koori Bunshin no Jutsu" with "Magen: Blizzard" while trying to learn the Koori Bunshin no Jutsu.

Description:
Upon completion of 3 full seals a random number* of Koori Bunshin manifest on the battlefield.
Their bodies seem to be created by the illusionary falling snow of "Magen: Blizzard". The bunshin are, of course, only illusions.
That means they can't be destroyed but they also can't interact with the world in any way.

*(The number of Koori Bunshin is definied by the user, an average Genin should be able to create at least 10)

I think with the new training rules C ranked jutsus have a basic training of 6 days.

Description: This genjutsu is a form of false trap to create openings for your own attacks and is of the sight nature. The user initiates the genjutsu causing multiple kunai to appear and rain down on the opponent as if he had set off a trap. There is no limit to the kunai number, the directions are controlled completely by the user and can be chained easily with real kunai, or other forms of attacks as long as the user can maintain concentration enough to hold the jutsu on the target.

No, that is only for mastery. The training time to learn a C-rank is 4 min, and 5 on average.

Anyways, a few things:
a) could you give the number that the average Genin could create?
b) Does your clan as of yet have someone who could use this?
c) the average duration of a c-rank is 2 posts. Any reason for the extra post duration?

b.) Yes me, after I mastered Blizzard, didn't come to this yet, since I'm stuck with other training -.-'
