Hair- Short, it looks like 1 inch blades of darkblue grass that only go down to the shoulder. His hair is always brushed to flow down the back of his head. Sorta like a crew cut but longer and more free.
Eyes- Yellow, always seem heavy as if he hasn't had much sleep.

A white utility belt around his waist with several pouches on it for his extra weapons and a white leather belt which is diagonal across his body for the Trident. If his headband isn't stuffed in his belt he's wearing it around his neck. The cloth of his headband is white.

Main Weapon: Metal Bokken, 4 feet long excluding the hilt. He keeps it in a purple scabbard at his side, running through the middle of it is a thin strip of blue steel which isn't their for decoration. The blue steel reacts when a person of the Raiton element holds the blade allowing it to be used as a catalyst for Raiton techniques and shocking anyone who recieves a blow from it. It's hilt is coated in black rubber so that the weilder doesn't suffer it's electrical effects should it backfire somehow.
Side Arms: Thirty Kunai, thirty Shuriken and five M84 Flash bang grenades with a three second timer. Ear protection in the form of muffs to block out intense noise and special made goggles to block out intense light. The goggles are generally hung around the belt, they have a detachable strap for ease of storage and use. Same goes for the muffs.

M84 Info... of course I'm omitting the whole permanent damage to the ears/bleeding but the noise is still momentarily deafening. I guess the effects would last for about three posts, first post they can make out shapes but no sound, second post is when audio returns and vision is extremely blurry. By then end of the third post their senses should return to normal.

Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses chakra into the palms of their hands, creating a small ball of killing chakra, which is the complete opposite of the Chiyute no Jutsu [Healing Hands Technique]. Through concentrating their chakra in a manner opposing the Chiyute, instead of rebuilding and restoring another person's cells, this jutsu intends to destroy and unravel another person's cells.
Background:
Isamu was your classic military leader, white hairs, military suit and a cigar hanging out of his mouth. He loved the country of Sato but unfortunately he was slightly nuts about it and a tad bit over zealous. His ideals were ludicrous and the idea that he thought he could minimalise casualties in war through his ridiculous plans lowered his credibility even more however there was none more loyal to Sato nor more tactical and he always seemed to be able to pull through.
The man only had one son and his wife had run out on him after it was born though it wasn't entirely bad for Isamu because now he could mold the boy to grow up and become an excellent soldier. Was it a good thing for his son though? It makes Isamu seem even more nuts to risk the life of his only son but quite apparently he is not a family man.
Raiden the only son of the military leader Isamu did not conform to becoming a soldier as he grew up constantly debating with his father and instead of training decided to goof off thought it was expected because he was still a young naive little boy. His father was not only nuts about his occupation he was nuts everywhere and nuts in the head even as a young boy Raiden could see it. Eventually though he was sent off to the academy to learn the shinobi ways and as he got older started to understand his father a little more.
"You keep hearing about these specialists but that makes it way too rock paper scissors for my taste, you gotta have a little bit of everything no matter how insignificant". Isamu had said this to his son just as Raiden was beginning his genin training though the thought of being able to have a little of everything was in fact nuts just like his father. He simply nodded and went on his way thinking about what was said. It does have at least some level of credibility to it and he did say a little
Over the next few years Raiden began to train his body and his mind also becoming fluent with some weapons, pretty much standard ninja training though he did not only focus on his area of expertise and was quite studious. His life continued on as usual like ever other everyday ninja and eventually entered the chuunin chapter of his life.
Somewhere along the road as a chuunin he realised he wouldn't be able to adopt his father's ideal about having a little of everything and still being a competent ninja so he started specializing with raiton ninjutsu. As he got older more and more of his father's motions and ideals appealed to him and he actually started to become more and more like his father though it was to be expected, just about the only person he interacted with was his father. Afterall they did live in a remote area of the Sato region away from the main village but his father did not like this and couldn't help it at all. During this phase he slowly started to drift away from his Genin team mates Rupert and Semiharge. He knew Shunsatsu through Semiharge but he didn't talk to Shunsatsu much. Raiden has since been forced into communicating with them on occasion because of his location and busy schedule.
He grew up just like his father and in the end would become very much like his father a devoted soldier to the village and country of Sato though he had no real plans of getting into the military but what part of being a ninja wasn't militaristic? It was just about time now for him to take that half step up and continue on with his specialization never forgetting what he's learned and trained in. So far his life had been quite uneventful and typical but was it subject to change?
Raiden had managed to have his vision repaired through surgery though it was a trip that sparked memories in his head. Whenever he'd come into contact with doctors he would have memories of his mother from when he was a young boy. He'd never been able to approach his father about it though he was told at least that his mother was a medical nin. There was something appealing about the position to Raiden and he felt he had everything needed to take on such a job. Eventually training was offered to potential med nins which Raiden completed and was appointed the title of medical nin.
Shortly afterward he returned to his student Yukari which through a series of complicated events became much closer to him than anyone else. Over the years he defected from Sato and they knew it, they'd lost him easily despite their careful methods. Not wanting to start a war of course they let it go having faith in their mind controlling methods.
He married Yukari and had a child with her after one year of marriage. Their first child Raiyu was born and is now ten years old.

It was early morning and the mists were picking up as they often did in Sato, the lighting outside was very much dull and the sky was overcast it was almost depressing. Raiden had stepped out of the home pushing his glasses up to the bridge of his nose and folded his arms afterward. Looking towards the village in the distance a thought occurred. Hrmm I want to live there... would make things easier, got no money though. It was baffling as to where all their money actually went but Isamu preferred a simple lifestyle. Just about every morning he mentioned how living in the village would be easier, why he was up this early was a bit of a mystery.
He yawned rather loudly and rocked on his heels as forest animals started to make their morning calls, the area around their current home was quite forested and rather dull. So dull all the time... like father. Blah I need something to do all this peace is somehow not right. As if being able to tell the future within that same time frame unknown to Raiden a war had begun as officials within the village signed ultimatums and war declarations.
Later that day he was most certainly surprised as a notice was sent out to guard the borders and keep aware of foreigners that have not yet left the country. It was something he'd waited for but now the village was at risk, something of a double edged blade occurred. As requested he prepared to make his way towards the country border thought he knew a strike wouldn't happen on the first day but maybe that is what the enemy wanted them to think.
So boring like I thought, at least the village is still safe. I wonder if I should go looking for trouble? hrmm risky. With one armed wrapped around the trident which was propped against the ground he yawned and formed thoughts in his head, the sun was setting now and the overcast had subsided. It was becoming night and would no doubt become even more dangerous.

Through concentrating their chakra in a manner opposing the Chiyute, instead of rebuilding and restoring another person's cells, this jutsu intends to destroy and unravel another person's cells.
Background:
Isamu was your classic military leader, white hairs, military suit and a cigar hanging out of his mouth. He loved the country of Sato but unfortunately he was slightly nuts about it and a tad bit over zealous. His ideals were ludicrous and the idea that he thought he could minimalise casualties in war through his ridiculous plans lowered his credibility even more however there was none more loyal to Sato nor more tactical and he always seemed to be able to pull through.
The man only had one son and his wife had run out on him after it was born though it wasn't entirely bad for Isamu because now he could mold the boy to grow up and become an excellent soldier. Was it a good thing for his son though? It makes Isamu seem even more nuts to risk the life of his only son but quite apparently he is not a family man.
Raiden the only son of the military leader Isamu did not conform to becoming a soldier as he grew up constantly debating with his father and instead of training decided to goof off thought it was expected because he was still a young naive little boy. His father was not only nuts about his occupation he was nuts everywhere and nuts in the head even as a young boy Raiden could see it. Eventually though he was sent off to the academy to learn the shinobi ways and as he got older started to understand his father a little more.
"You keep hearing about these specialists but that makes it way too rock paper scissors for my taste, you gotta have a little bit of everything no matter how insignificant". Isamu had said this to his son just as Raiden was beginning his genin training though the thought of being able to have a little of everything was in fact nuts just like his father. He simply nodded and went on his way thinking about what was said. It does have at least some level of credibility to it and he did say a little
Over the next few years Raiden began to train his body and his mind also becoming fluent with some weapons, pretty much standard ninja training though he did not only focus on his area of expertise and was quite studious. His life continued on as usual like ever other everyday ninja and eventually entered the chuunin chapter of his life.
Somewhere along the road as a chuunin he realised he wouldn't be able to adopt his father's ideal about having a little of everything and still being a competent ninja so he started specializing with raiton ninjutsu. As he got older more and more of his father's motions and ideals appealed to him and he actually started to become more and more like his father though it was to be expected, just about the only person he interacted with was his father. Afterall they did live in a remote area of the Sato region away from the main village but his father did not like this and couldn't help it at all. During this phase he slowly started to drift away from his Genin team mates Rupert and Semiharge. He knew Shunsatsu through Semiharge but he didn't talk to Shunsatsu much. Raiden has since been forced into communicating with them on occasion because of his location and busy schedule.
He grew up just like his father and in the end would become very much like his father a devoted soldier to the village and country of Sato though he had no real plans of getting into the military but what part of being a ninja wasn't militaristic? It was just about time now for him to take that half step up and continue on with his specialization never forgetting what he's learned and trained in. So far his life had been quite uneventful and typical but was it subject to change?
Raiden had managed to have his vision repaired through surgery though it was a trip that sparked memories in his head. Whenever he'd come into contact with doctors he would have memories of his mother from when he was a young boy. He'd never been able to approach his father about it though he was told at least that his mother was a medical nin. There was something appealing about the position to Raiden and he felt he had everything needed to take on such a job. Eventually training was offered to potential med nins which Raiden completed and was appointed the title of medical nin.
Shortly afterward he returned to his student Yukari which through a series of complicated events became much closer to him than anyone else. Over the years he defected from Sato and they knew it, they'd lost him easily despite their careful methods. Not wanting to start a war of course they let it go having faith in their mind controlling methods.
He married Yukari and had a child with her after one year of marriage. Their first child Raiyu was born and is now ten years old.

It was early morning and the mists were picking up as they often did in Sato, the lighting outside was very much dull and the sky was overcast it was almost depressing. Raiden had stepped out of the home pushing his glasses up to the bridge of his nose and folded his arms afterward. Looking towards the village in the distance a thought occurred. Hrmm I want to live there... would make things easier, got no money though. It was baffling as to where all their money actually went but Isamu preferred a simple lifestyle. Just about every morning he mentioned how living in the village would be easier, why he was up this early was a bit of a mystery.
He yawned rather loudly and rocked on his heels as forest animals started to make their morning calls, the area around their current home was quite forested and rather dull. So dull all the time... like father. Blah I need something to do all this peace is somehow not right. As if being able to tell the future within that same time frame unknown to Raiden a war had begun as officials within the village signed ultimatums and war declarations.
Later that day he was most certainly surprised as a notice was sent out to guard the borders and keep aware of foreigners that have not yet left the country. It was something he'd waited for but now the village was at risk, something of a double edged blade occurred. As requested he prepared to make his way towards the country border thought he knew a strike wouldn't happen on the first day but maybe that is what the enemy wanted them to think.
So boring like I thought, at least the village is still safe. I wonder if I should go looking for trouble? hrmm risky. With one armed wrapped around the trident which was propped against the ground he yawned and formed thoughts in his head, the sun was setting now and the overcast had subsided. It was becoming night and would no doubt become even more dangerous.
